Title: High GPU while converting [Solved]

I am trying to convert all AVI movies to MP4.  I have noticed that on 1 of my PCs the GPU is pegged at 100%

Dell 5810, 32GB memory, 1TB SSD boot, (2) 20 TB drives for music and video, NVIDIA Gforce GT730

What settings can I adjust to reduce this while I am converting all these movies?

This does not seem to happen on lessor-type laptops or desktops.  This desktop is fairly large so I would think it would work best but this is not the case.  any help would be very much appreciated.

Bought a better video card and the issue is solved.
