Title: Bug: Hovering mouse over File/Edit menus causes spurious activity

Windows 11 22H2, JRiver 30.0.40

Empty database (nothing yet imported).

Clicking on the File or Edit menu to expand them, even without selecting anything, triggers one or both of the following:

1. Download and installation of LAV filters (even though already installed).
2. A popup dialog "Analysing Files (n of 24)".

This hampers navigation of the File and Edit menus because you have to wait for these processes to complete.

No other menus have this problem.
