hello how does everyone do? I was able to connect to the media network but now i get the error can't connect and maybe a port is being used or a firewall is blocking access. I included a log let me know if you need any more information for i am going crazy over trying to get this to work. Thank you

A log isn't necessary. Check the Network Access (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Network_Access) topic on the wiki.
On your MC server, try the test under Media Network settings.

You only create the Access Key once by turning on Media Network in the server's options. After that, you enter it in the remote (JRemote, for example).
