Title: Podcast/Audio Book Back ~20 Second Button?

Hi all!

So I have been organizing some podcasts and audio books, partially for use on my Android phone. One thing that the audio books apps (from F-Droid) I have been using have is a button that you click to back up 20 seconds (the amount of time is often configurable).

I realize that we can HOLD the "Previous" button to rewind, but is there a way to have a button that can rewind a configurable number of seconds? And what do others do?

I tag and manage audiobooks with MC and then export them to my phone for consumption with the excellent Listen Audiobook Player app.
