In Options > Tree&View Settings> Add/Edit > Type Information there is a field Value!
What is this field for? I assume you could enter a list of selections separated by semikolons or commas such as:
Red; Green; Blue; Yellow; Orange
or
Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Orange
but none of these works! So what's the meaning and usage of this field?
There should also be a way to create our own field categories (other than general, extended, audio etc.).
And we should be able to move fields from one category to the other!
Also Display names of fields should be made dependent of the media type (Album, Artist, Name may not make much sense in the image or video world! Who is the artist, when taking family pictures?)

Thank you! One can see here the Unix background of JRiver staff :)
This is a popular separator in the Unix world but definitely not in the MS world!

Matt,
To avoid people having this type of problem (you have to assume that for every person that asks, there are several who dont ask and just give up) and just to make it more obvious to beginners, instead of making people enter the list like this:
value 1|value 2| value 3|value4|etc
why not set it up like you used to have the 'sort order' set up. With a list that people can populate with the values and then order however they want.
It's just a small thing I know but adding a small GUI for this feature would really make it more obvious for beginners. It would also make it easier to move values up and down and reorder them once you'd created the list. It would also stop people having to wonder what seperator to use as there would be none.
