Title: Purchased a licenses but was charged twice

 today I bought license and was charged twice, how do I get  have my credit card reimbursed. Also my activation isn't working either???

Thanks Jim for the reply, do I check in with you one refund? I've sorted out my activation code problem seems I can't tell O from a Zero. A second pair of eyes helped me with that. Cheers F150
