Title: Convert Format and Analyze Audio Greyed Out

I started having this problem a couple of months back but reverting to latest stable version fixed it; however, it has returned again. I have tried moving to latest version (30.0.82) without success. Any clues what is blocking these features?

If you're on a client, do the analysis on the server.

I am on the server and the files are on my NAS. I have reverted to 30.0.48 and everything is again visible so it is only later versions that are blocking these features. I have been using MC since about v18 without seeing this problem and without any setup changes.
