Title: Feature request, new function VideoAnalysisState()

Pretty straightforward request, I'd like a new function that would be the counterpart to AudioAnalysisState() (https://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Miscellaneous_Functions#AudioAnalysisState.28.E2.80.A6.29) called VideoAnalysisState() that would allow you to quickly locate files that need to have Analyze Video run on them.
