Title: Would like to upgrade, but...

Currently using MC22, would like to upgrade to MC30 Master.  Problem is the original email address does not exist anymore.  I have tried to change it with the password to a new email address but it doesn't work.  I am sure the email address was never changed.  Maybe I have the password wrong.  Is there anything I can do?
