When you enter amazon password in theatre view, 11 character acts as a return, stopping you from logging on.

ASCII 11 is Vertical Tab?  Maybe he's trying to tab from login to password.

When i log into amazon uk in theatre view, the 11 charatcher of my password acts like a return trying to log in with an incomplete password.

He types in 10 characters for his password, but when he types the 11th character it acts like a return. It sounds like the password input only allows for 10 character input.

What happens if you write it in a text editor like Notepad, then try copying and pasting it to the password field?

What is the 11th character?  The login is all handled by Amazon, so make sure you can login in a browser outside of Theater View.
