Title: MKV disabled tracks
Post by: bogdanbz on May 21, 2023, 02:44:03 pm
Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to see in the Audio or Subtitles menu a track that does not have the "enabled" flag in a mkv file.

If there is no way to do that at the moment, I would like to request a setting to enabled this.

Just enable them in MKVToolNix?

Disabled tracks are intentionally skipped in accordance with the MKV specification - eg. this is a feature, not a bug. Just enable them.

Note that the default value of this flag is "1", so a mkv writer has to explicitly write enabled=0 to cause this behavior, absence of the flag would not cause this.
