Title: Album Art UPLOAD not Working

I know the JRiver team has been working through server issues, so perhaps that's all this is, but I am unable to upload cover art since upgrading to MC31 a week or so ago.  I can download just fine, but typically I find high-resolution art elsewhere, and then upload that for others to grab.

MC does not produce any error dialogs, but... after I upload the art and then immediately do a get, the text "your library and server" caption under the cover art I expect to see, is only "your library".  Is this a known issue?
