Title: License restores

Hi,

I purchased MC31 a while ago and did not install it until today.  The original license I was sent did not work so I had to do a restoral that has left me with 9 restores left in this 12-month period.

For me it begs the question of what is the rationale for limiting a person to 10 restores in any 12-month period?
