Hi all,
I have a little annoying problem.
My MC31 clients are connected to a MC31 library server and all media files resides on a NAS. When the NAS is offline I can still browse my library from the client, but JRiver sometimes have short hickups or is unresponsive. Then after 1 minute or so JRiver just closes without any warning.
Has anyone had similiar experiences or have a tip for me?
best regards
Stefan

If you're going to use a NAS, you probably need to keep it running.

mmh, the problem is that I have several NAS. One of them stores old files that don't need to be available 24/7. This NAS is usually turned off to save some power. So a solution within JRiver would be great that doesn't make JRiver just crash/close. As a workaround I could also imagine a 2nd library with the old files, but of course a way without 2nd library would be nicer.
