Title: Request: Add options for MCC 28022 (selects individual Aspect Ratio Modes)

I've been testing the "MCC 28022, x" options and they are currently:
- 0 : Preserve Aspect Ratio + Auto Crop Black Bars
- 1 : Stretch + Auto Crop Black Bars
- 2 : Crop + Auto Crop Black Bars
- 3 : Preserve Aspect Ratio + Auto Crop Black Bars
- 4 : Preserve Aspect Ratio + Video Within Black Bars is 1.78
- 5 : Preserve Aspect Ratio + Video Within Black Bars is 1.85
- 6 : Preserve Aspect Ratio + Video Within Black Bars is 2.35
- 7 : Preserve Aspect Ratio + Video Within Black Bars is 2.40
- 8 : Preserve Aspect Ratio +Auto Crop Black Bars + Crop Edges

Would it be possible to add
- Stretch + Video Within Black Bars is 1.78
- Stretch + Video Within Black Bars is 1.85
- Stretch + Video Within Black Bars is 2.35
- Stretch + Video Within Black Bars is 2.40

The same list of options is used in the UI in some places, and copying the same ratio with some other combinations of setting would needlessly bloat up the UI. And stretch is a rather uncommon setting to use, as it distorts the image.

OK - kill that idea (I thought that this only impacted the track being played).  Was just looking for ways to toggle the desired Anamorphic Stretch with a programmatic call and 28022 was the closest I could find that already existed. 

The ideal is still the ability to MCWS/MCC a JRVR Profile.  In this case it's the JRVR Monitor's Gerneral Settings which has all the required Cropping and Aspect Ratio modes.  Eg setup a JRVR Profile for say 2.4 Stretch and then be able to call it.
