Title: Per folder auto import options are ignored

I added some additional folders to auto import & unchecked the checkboxes to perform analysis on those new folders then ran auto import, it performed the analysis anyway as it seems the "additional tasks that auto import should perform" overrides this setting

It would be preferable if the overrides were honoured (or remove those options from the folder dialog)

It'll look for either option to be enabled, you cannot disable a global option on a per-folder basis, but you can enable them.
