Title: Playlists missing

Purchased JRiver for last years and it's been difficult.
Started with V17 and paid till V25++ when things went wrong>

I lost all my old mixes and libs.

You can probably find them by restoring from a backup.  Please see the wiki for details.

You have an MC29 license.  Any reason you're not using it?
