This bug exists for a couple versions/years now
If you send-to a playlist via Win JRiver then the URL starts with http://
If you send-to a playlist via Mac JRiver then the URL starts with http:\\
The entries created by Win are playable by both win and mac (and are recognized by uPnP)
The entries created by Mac are playable by only mac (and are NOT recognized by uPnP)
The Mac JRiver has additional backslashes in the URL, so simply editing the filename and replacing \\ with // doesn't fix it.

Going to need more details here. Can't duplicate this at all.
Was the playlist started on Mac or Windows?
Are you connected to a windows library server when you add the tracks from a Mac?
Are you using a portable library?
Anything else we should know (where the files are stored, etc)?
