Hello,
I purchased MC31 today (i'm an "old" MC user, had it from MC23) and this is the first time MC crashes each time i try to modify an EQ of the vst plugin Fabfilter.
Worked perfectly with every previous versions.
I reinstalled MC31, checked for the plugin installation also etc...nothing fixes the problem.
I go back to MC29, hoping it will be fixed one day...
Today i'm a bit disappointed. :(
OS : Windows 10
VST folder : C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
VST file : FabFilter Pro-Q 2.vst3

It's likely that the filter is 32 bit and you're using the 64 bit version of MC. There is a 32 bit version on the download page.
You could also see if there is an update for the filter.

Hello,
no, MC29 i used so far is also a 64bit version and never crashed. The problem is only with MC31.

The exact same version of FabFilter??
I couldn't get the most recent to work with any version of MC.

Yes the same version.
The VST3 folder is always the same (C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3)
I made some new attempts this evening by uninstalling the plugin from MC29 and only install in MC31 but the same...some crashes with MC31 or new events : the filter did nothing on the sound. The behaviour is erratic.
I dont blame the fact there are bugs (it happens), but the fact i cant get refund for this version that is of no use for me.

We are looking into the issue. It shouldn't take much time to figure it out since you are using the same version of Fabfilter.
