Title: MC “Opening” showing on 24fps films [Solved]

Something new is going on with my system which never happened in the past. If I play a 24fps film JR is now showing the poster and “Opening” at the start of playback as it changes from the desktop of 23.97fps. If I stop the film the same “Opening” reappears for a number of seconds. This doesn’t happen on 23.97 films at all. The mouse also seems very laggy and non responsive for a number of seconds after right clicking, then finally after a number of seconds the JR menu will appear. I have tested with bitstreaming turned off and also rolled back the firmware to 31.0.36 but it remains the same. I have restarted the Nas and PC many times but it continues to happen. Ive had a friend test this whos also on 31.0.46 and this doesn’t happen for him. Ive added a log so hopefully someone may be able to help.

This part of the log looks like it is taking 2sec to start playback for some reason.  If I'm reading it correctly it also looks like it is swtiching refresh rates a few times.

Folks we can close this thread Ive worked out what was wrong.... I had atmos audio issues I reported before due to a HDMI splitter in the chain, this was a similar problem due to another splitter, now fixed!
