Title: Location of New Settings 31.0.45?

I'm having some trouble finding these new settings...

(From the changelog):
2. NEW: (Panel) Added options to the Advanced settings page to show/hide the fixed buttons on the main page, such as Streaming, Cloudplay, etc.

You need to do it from Panel after loading Panel in a web browser on a device like a phone, and then go to the settings (cog wheel) > Advanced section and they're there under Features. You'll have to also do it from every device Panel is being used on.
