Title: Help-cannot restore

Hello,

I need help as I cannot restore my license for Media Center 16.

When I enter my license code, I get a message saying

"This license has been restored too many times".

Please help.

I'm not too sure what happened.

I may have used a different email address as its been been about 7 years since I bought the license.

I have the license number.

Problem resolved.
A kind person from JRiver sorted things out for me.
I am supposed to use Media Center 22.
