Title: 2.0.51 vs 2.0.53 mp3 plugin differences

When I started 114 this morning a dialog said a new mp3 encoder was available, so I installed it.  Looks like it installed an mp3 v2.0.53 ... I looked thru the plugins on the website but the only one I saw was the old 2.0.51 ... what's new in it over 51 or is it just a special version for MC??
