How can I automate the loading of a DSP configuration? There is a tool or a command that I can trigger with a midi message or in a simular way?

Audio configuration should be zone specific.  The wiki has a topic on zones.

The current supported interface for most automation in MC is MCWS.  That's a web interface/API that has TONS of functions.  It looks like it supports loading a DSP Preset.  Here's the brief documentation for MCWS:

Note that it is self documenting.  Use the link inside those (brief) docs to bring up the web interface to MCWS on your system and you can read through all the various functions.
