Title: Play list problem

I recently bought an Astell Kern player

I downloaded media canter 31.  I made several play lists. I synced them to the player.  When you view the player in devices there are no playlists only songs.  When you dig through the player the playlist menu is empty.  There are no playlists only songs.

Also when the music was searched on initial install, there a couple of album covers it used for 90% of the songs

Has anybody run into anything like this?

Also would like to add it does not matter if I drag and drop the play list or use the options tab, the result is the same no playlist is on the player

Think you might get more help on an Astell Kern forum as this seems to relate to this more than Media Center.

I kinda don’t feel like it has anything to do with astell kern.  When you put a playlist in the device, it is empty.  Don’t have to sync or anything.

Here are the settings I use for Kann-Max and most other exports not Roon or unix consumers.

For the images, I resolved most problems with this smartlist to identify non-embedded pics.

[Media Type]=[Audio] [Image File]=[Folder.jpg] -[File Type]=[sacd],[dff]

Select All and Update Tags which should fix many of the art issues.

Note: All my cover files are strictly Folder.jpg so adjust list accordingly.

See if I can’t renew this.  1 pic is of the playlist on the computer and the other is the same playlist on the device that is empty.  Anyone have any ideas?

Also noticed the icon color and symbol changed for the playlist.
