Title: Setting consistent subtitles for show/series

Is there a way for me to highlight an entire show (8 seasons) and set the subtitles to always be on (English) and appear at 70% size?

Right now, I right-click on the screen and set all of that at the start of each and every episode and it is a chore I'd rather avoid if there's a way to set that universally for all 8 seasons. Seems like this should be easy, but I'm not finding a way to do it.
