Title: DTS to Dolby Digital help

My Samsung S95C TV doesn't have DTS decoding. I guess they didn't want to pay the license fee for it. It does regular Dolby Digital and Dolby Atmos but DTS is silent.

Is it possible to have JRiver take the DTS output and translate it to Dolby Digital? I searched but there isn't a good explanation of what to do if it's possible. I hope my request makes sense.
