I have defined a long time ago the user defined field: Source
If I do: Add Category in Pane View - the field is not in the shown List of the Library Fields.
Any Idea?

There was a name collision with the source field for a few builds when we added it, but it should be fine in the latest build. You could restore a backup if you keep having problems.

31.0.75 (10/18/2023)
Changed: Recently added image-only field "Source" is renamed "Source (Supply Chain)".
-
I restored the library: "Source" is back but in the top of the pane view, but I can not add it through Add Category.
Is it not possible to use anymore the self defined Source field? I had the values BD, DVD, CD etc.
And my MC Client in the Living room cannot connect anymore to the server. Why that ? (I restarted everything). Also local playback not.

MC Client in the Living room works as before now. I had to power off the Media Renderer (reboot did not help).
The problem with the Library Field stays.
-
I think MC has overwritten my self defined Field "Source". But I my self defined Field appears in the views with the correct values.
But it does not appear in the List of valid Fields in : Add Category in Pane View
So library is now inconsistent - what to do?
I think you must have a mechanisms - if you from the MC side introduce a new field that it does not run in a conflict with a user defined field.

I got it. I had to select Audio, Video etc on Manage Library Fields again. Also I had to add the list of values back. (created a test lib and restored a very old version to look how I had defined the field).
