Ordered my master license upgrade (every ver since 18 and counting). :D

I wasn't sure if it was worth putting in a thread to ask this though:

Now that 32 is announced, when will we stop seeing new features in 31 and those migrate to 32?
Any list somewhere of what will be new in 32 out of the gate that won't be in 31 (vs the things you either promise to bake or start baking once the latest version has gone live)?
Rought estimate of 32's general availability?
