Title: mc not picking up rating tags from yate?

Hi all

I have been using yate (https://2manyrobots.com/yate/) for many years now to tag files (since it works well with apple music which I still need for iPhone music..)

ive noticed that mc is not picking up rating tags edited in yate when imported (or edited)

I see in the yate docs that it follows standard? rating conventions ie POPM?

Unlike yate which uses 0-256 for rating values in POPM MC uses 0-5 for rating values and that is why it appears to not pick up the ratings you entered in yate.

any advice on how to proceed then? should I somehow convert it before updating tags? any clue on how to do so ?

Could you mail me a sample file?  On import we should fully read the 0 to 255 rating and map it to our own 0 to 5 ratings.
