Hello JRiver Team,

I've purchased MC32 Master License on Dec.2nd 2023.  I am sure I've clicked buy button only once.

Could you please cancel the second charging into my credit card?

You also sent an email.  You'll receive a reply in a day or two and a refund this week.

Thank you for resolving this issue.

The lesson I got is;
A duplicate charge may occur if you do not close the confirmation page.
Always make sure to exit the browser after the transaction.
In other words, don't leave the page confirming the registration code open.

I've purchased MC32 Master License on Nov. 22, 2023 and got another charge on Dec. 7, 2023.

Can you please refund the second charge. Thanks.

I also seem to have been charged twice for the MC32 upgrade, on 09/12 and 15/12. Please can you refund one of these?
