Title: Unable to sign in/sign up for Cloudplay [Solved]

Hi - I am unable to sign in or sign up for Cloudplay. I have tried resetting my password but the accompanying screenshot shows the failure.I have also included a screenshot of my Options/Media Network/Authentication settings. Any suggestions?

Please ignore - I used MS Edge to change password instead of Firefox - Cloudplay appears to be ok now
