Title: [BUG] Playback/PlayByFilename can duplicate playing now

add some items to playing now
make this MCWS call with a non existent filename

e.g. MCWS/v1/Playback/PlayByFilename?Filenames=98123918241939813193819321

MC duplicates the contents of playingnow and starts playing some selected track

Coming in v32:
Fixed: Calling MCWS Playback/PlayByFilename with invalid filenames now returns an error.
