Title: Duplicate purchase

Hi

I purchased a master license for JRiver32 a couple of days ago. This morning when I was clearing my browser tabs, when I switched to the tab that had confirmed my purchase from Tuesday, a second purchase for a master license was made without any action on my part  (presumably when the tab refreshed, I assume). I do not need two copies of a master license. I am unable to find a number or email address that I can use to raise this issue, so I am posting it on here. I am requesting that the second order be cancelled and the amount please be refunded to my credit card. Thank you.
