I have unsubscribed multiple times now from mlist@listserver.jriver.com
I follow the link to unsubscribe, I am notified I am unsubscribed.
Then I get another email from you.
This has happened multiple times.
I see no where to write to you folks...
So I am posting this here in hope of getting this resolved.
I have JRiver 31.
I don't know what else to do!
HELP!
Thanks,
Doug

Look at the header of the email. It's probably coming from an old address or one that is forwarded to you.
-
mlist@listserver.jriver.com
That was the address it listed as "from".
-
Expand the header.
-
I don't really know what that means...
is this it?

Close but it's missing the "Delivered To:" entries. If another address is being forwarded, you should see it there.
-
I don't know enough to get what you are doing to help.
I unsubscribe. It says "We are sad to see you go" and a picture of a crying baby.
Then I get more email from JRiver.
I just want to unsubscribe.
Makes sense?
Thanks for your info, I just don't get it.
Is there a way to email JRiver directly and explain this to them?
Regards,
Doug

You're just entering the wrong address. Perhaps your company changed the email domain but you registered with the old one. Or you have a GMail account which ignores dots, so "john.smith" is the same as "johnsmith". Or you registered with @hotmail.com but you're now using @live.com.
Jim is asking if you perhaps have another/older address that is being automatically forwarded to your current address - the full email headers would show if that was the case. You gave a partial list of the headers, so the "To" or "DeliveredTo" information is not there. Without knowing your exact registered address you can't be unregistered, so you need to find it in those email headers.
I unsubscribe. It says "We are sad to see you go" and a picture of a crying baby.
It also says that if you enter bananas@monkeys.org. It's a default response page.

JimH works for JRiver, though no one is sure what he does there. He claims to own it, but would rather be painting. ;D

I am using the original email that I bought JRiver with.
Thanks for your input.

Did you look at the full header? Use Google to learn how.
