Title: media editor non functional in 9.0.105

my machine is win98, 1600athalon,256sdram. worked fine in my v8 copy, but in mcenter just opens the dialog box saying converting file then stops doing anything. as well the install finishes, goes to update the library, and keeps putting up two dialog error boxes, one saying that it couldn't contact the server, and the other one saying failed to install plugin. i had tohit ok about 150 times to get my 3200 media files to load in to the program. do i wait for the final relese or shouldd i try downloading your new builds for the fixes?  ken.

Try 110 from the first thread here.  When it tries to convert your old data, give it some time.
