Last working install MC32.0.16 on windows 10 computer.
Install for MC 32.0.18 stops install at point of Registering program files.
I had defender and avg off.
Tried install multiple time with same result.
Reinstalled version 16 and works fine.

Uninstall anything other than Windows Defender. Configure it.

When i try to upgrade to 32.0.18 i get the error message "Install.exe has stopped working". I've already tried to disable the antivirus software but still get this message over and over again.

Maybe Windows is 32 bit?

I uninstalled AVG virus and configured Windows Defender and same problem.
"Install.exe has stopped working" right when Installer start registering.
I am able to run version 18 and the about says version 18, but trying to play anything
results in crash.
So I reinstall MC ver 16 with no Installer problem
Could it be something with the Installer looking for something that doesn't exist that
only affects some installs?

No, it's 64 bit

Install problems are usually related to antivirus. Take a look here:

Google "AVG Uninstall". Uninstall sometimes doesn't work.
I'll move these to a new thread.
Make sure you configure Windows Defender, then reboot.

I purchased the v 32, but I'm having issues when I install it. It shows that it is extracting, and then it asks if I allow changes to the computer, I say yes, and then nothing happens.
I tried to install the versions 32.0.6 and 32.0.18 and I have the same problems....
any clue about what can I do?
