Title: WDM driver in LINUX mint
Post by: OpenEnd on February 26, 2024, 06:04:06 am
My latest installation is a LINUX mint. Therefore I installed MC32 LINUX.
Works fine.

Now my problem is, to make it work with the WDM driver because I like to listen TIDAL streams via JRiver
I got no installation of the driver like in windows.

What to do?

WDM driver is Windows only. In fact, WDM stands for Windows Driver Model.

Unfortunately there's no alternative for Linux or Mac so it's a Windows-only feature. If you want to use the WDM driver your only option is Windows.

Thank you for your answer.

Is there a different way to listen TIDAL via JRiver?

Unfortunately no there isn't. The WDM driver on Windows is the only option.
