I couldn't get my license to restore on my most recent version 25 to work, so I used my license for version 21 to purchase Version 31 for Windows. It downladed but won't install. What do I do now?

Download MC32: https://jriver.com/download.html
Restore your MC32 license.
I've just sent your licenses.

Can you tell me why you purchased MC31? (It's an MC32 license though). Did you see instructions somewhere?

I bought Version 31 because I thought it was stable. I don't want to pay twice. I got the (0,O), but when I tried to put in the restore for my Version 25 I think I confused (l,1,I), so I used the code for Version 21, which is no longer in my computer. Is there anyway I can get a refund and start over?

Download MC32 from the Download Page here. Install it and restore your license. You have an MC32 license.
If you still have trouble, read this carefully:

The computer says I've successfully installed Version 32. I don't know how to get it to open and transfer all my stuff from Version 25. Sorry I'm old and computer illiterate, but your product sounds great.
