My Mac streams all formats (Flac, 5.1, stereo) to my Oppo 203 except for DSD.  How do I get it to stream DSD files?

Assuming the Oppo supports it, probably through DLNA (DoPE) since DSD over HDMI from any computer including Macs isn't possible. It may or may not work as-is without enabling the bitstream DSD option in the advanced DLNA options (it'll send it as native DSD, if memory serves), so something to try there. If that doesn't work, try the bitstream DSD option in the DLNA options.
