. Hi JRiver. This is for the administration.
. I have regularly upgraded my licence for more than 10 years. A month ago I once again bought an upgrade. But I made a mistake and bought the wrong version. I am going to use Media Center on both a Windows and a Linux PC. By mistake I bought "Windows Upgrade $22.98". It should have been "Master License Upgrade $31.98".
. I first sent an email to "mediacenter@jriver.com" but nobody responded.
. So JRiver... how we can change my purchase and how I can pay the missing $9.00?
