Title: how to paste song titles

I just ripped a blu ray audio set of flac tracks from a John Lennon box set. The same audio titles (but slightly different as some are outtakes, demos, etc...) are in each of several folders. I don't want to have to retype each long song title in every folder. Is there an easy way to grab the song titles from one folder and copy them to the tracks in another folder? Each folder has the same 14 songs, just a different version.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you are familiar with MP3Tag, you could put all the titles in a text file, then use the Text File->Tag option for all files, then use the Tag->Filename option to name the files.

I've never done it myself, but it might work.
