Title: Problem burning CDs
Post by: c1c9k72 on February 05, 2003, 09:49:55 am
I don't know if anyone else has had this problem.  Whenever I burn a music CD using MC 9, with each track, I have a bit of the next track at the end of each.  And, aside from the first song, each song is clipped at the front by about a second.  I also experienced it with 9.0.105.  Is this something I'm doing, or is it a problem with the program?

Some CD problems were fixed in 107 which is in a thread here near the top.  Please try it.

What are your playback settings for burning (cross-fade type, duration, omit silence, etc.)?

I downloaded 9.0.107 and experienced the same problem.  I've tried using various DSP/Audio effects, including Gapless and Standard transitions and the Replay Gain system (which I really like to use when burning.)  I haven't tried completely disabling the Crossfade/DSP system yet, but will soon.

I made another fix which might help your problem. Try some build greater than 9.0.108.
