Title: MC 32 Install on Win 11 hangs after license approval

Trying to install MC 32 64 bit to Windows 11.  After license approval, installation status dialog quickly displays 'Not Responding' in title bar.

Probably an antivirus problem.  Update Windows Defender and configure it.  Don't use any other antivirus.
