Title: Password issue.

I have an issue where i go through the update steps in adding the password key after i get the message asking do i want to enable the key. I get to the JRiver update key page etc' and all seems ok but then on reboot i get the same pop up. What am I doing wrong? Do i have to put a key in the actual JRiver program file folder? Thx

Please add some details.  It's not possible to know where you are.  What page are you on?  Key?  Registration Code?
