Title: Column size in the content panel

I've tried looking for an answer on the wiki but to no avail. When I change the size of columns in the file list/content panel manually, they never stay in place. I thought that the way to do this was by saving the edited columns as a new view, but this doesn't work for me. Am I overlooking something? I'm using MC version 32.0.52.

Un-tick the "Autosize Columns" checkbox under Options/Tree & View/List
