Title: How can I convert an audio-only mkv file to flacs?

I recently received a concert blu-ray.  I wanted to import the blu-ray from my networked blu-ray player into my iMac, which is where I run MediaCenter 32.  I was told that method would not work, so I converted the blu-ray to an mkv file.

Now, I want to extract the songs from the mkv and convert them into individual flac files.  I could not figure out a way to get MC to do that reformat.

Can anyone recommend a method to do this, either within MC 32 or with another program?
