I upgraded to the newer version of JRiver (32.) because I missed the ability to listen to music on cloudplay. I can't access it at all. What am I doing wrong?

You need to register, then log in.
What happens?

When I try to sign in it says invalid username or password? Additionally, it says my email is already taken?

It means you signed up once, but the password is wrong.

The thing is, I never had to sign up to use cloudplay before? I'm trying the "Forgot Password?" link now

Cloudplay has always required an account to use.

Just an update to say thank you for the help. Turns out I had forgotten my password I used initially, and the reset confirmation was being sent to spam in my yahoo mail. Just reset it and I am now enjoying the cloudplay playlists.
