Title: Updating from 32.57 to 32.58 reverted to initial settings

MC suggested update from 32.57 to 32.58. After update 32.58 lost all settings with JRiver page in main window.
Mac mini Intel 2014, Monterey 12.7.5.

Restoring previous backup did not help.
I deleted all MC 32 and installed 32.57 from scratch. It did take correct settings from MC31.

On my other system Mac Mini M1 update from 32.57 to 32.58 went without any problems.

Search for the backups with Finder.  They are zip files.  You may not have restored the right one.

When you restore, make sure you ask MC to restore settings.

That mac isn't a client of the other one, is it?  That wouldn't work

Jim,
As I said earlier, I managed to fix this and I'm on 32.57 on Intel mini.
Will update to 58 sometime later.

I agreed to the update during listening to web radio. In th install window (MC to apps) folder icon appeared with cached contents. This probably interfered somehow with update process.

Worth investigating, you can try the  update while listening to web radio : File - Open URL. Maybe this will reproduce the problem.

Two minis are separate systems.

just did update to 32.58, this time with MC closed.
No problems, suspect that MC couldn't handle properly web radio and update during radio operation.
