Title: Can't find a support email

I've owned and upgraded to every new version of JRiver Media Player since version 18. Was using version 31 just fine and upgraded to 32 - had nothing but problems with it and went back to 31. I now naturally want to upgraded to 33, but I'm wondering if I have the same problems as I did with version 32 and go back to 31, can I get a refund on 33? Thanks.

You can test a new version for free for 30 days to see if it works for you. If something is problematic, we would also be happy to hear what that is so we can possibly fix it.
